Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: August 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of opencodeskills.dev and the downloadable instruction sets provided through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
License
The catalog content and downloadable skills are provided under the MIT License unless an individual entry clearly states otherwise. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies subject to the license's copyright and permission notice requirements. See the project repository for source and license details.
Attribution and trademarks
The MIT License requires preservation of its copyright and permission notice; it does not require endorsement language or a link back to this directory. “OpenCode” belongs to its respective owner. Descriptive use of that name does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or its downloads to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
- disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the site's security controls;
- misrepresent this independent directory as an official OpenCode service; or
- introduce malicious code into the project or its distribution channels.
No warranty
The site and skills are provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Skills contain instructions for an AI coding agent. Review a skill and its proposed actions before using it, especially for production, security-sensitive, destructive, or regulated work. You are responsible for commands you authorize and changes made in your environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project's contributors will not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the site, a skill, or their use.
Changes and availability
We may update the catalog, remove unsafe or obsolete material, or revise these terms. A revised effective date will appear on this page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
